Renata is a certified Rolfer®, recognized by the European Rolfing® Association in Munich, and a member of the UK Rolfing® Association. Her personal experience as a client inspired her to pursue a career as a practitioner. During her Rolfing® training, she developed a deep interest in the functioning of the human body, particularly the relationship between the fascial nervous systems and the polyvagal theory. Additionally, Renata is currently training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.
